About the Role
The Reward Associate will be part of the wider Reward Team at Eisai EMEA, responsible for designing, developing, implementing, communicating, and managing compensation and benefit plans and policies, as well as the EMEA HRIS (SuccessFactors). The team aims to be the strategic partner for delivering reward solutions that drive performance and make Eisai a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop compensation and benefit plans and policies that align with the company's business strategy and direction.
- Implement and communicate these plans and policies to employees across the EMEA region.
- Manage the EMEA HRIS (SuccessFactors) to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Collaborate with the Reward Team to ensure plans stay competitive and align with the company's goals.
- Provide administration and support to operational colleagues on a wide range of issues.
Requirements
- Life Science, Business, or Human Resources graduate preferred but not essential.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Personal presence, drive, and capabilities to be viewed as a highly effective member of the Eisai EMEA People team.
- Demonstrated experience providing administration and support within a professional or commercial environment in the UK, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience of working in a matrix structure is preferred but not essential.
