Care Home Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Home Admissions Advisor to join our team at Barchester. As a leading care provider in the UK, we offer exceptional quality care to our residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities, as well as maintaining a contacts database.
You will have a track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting, and experience building relationships within a local community. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of retail and leisure discounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talking to potential new residents over the phone.
- Actively generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities.
- Maintaining a contacts database.
Requirements:
