We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic F&B Assistant to become an integral part of our hotel's F&B team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Prepare and serve beverages, taking into account guest preferences and dietary requirements;
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless table settings, order execution, and guest satisfaction;
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the F&B outlets;
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings, ingredients, and allergens;
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Qualifications and Benefits:

  • A strong background in hospitality, preferably in a related role or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices;
