About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Design Engineer to join our team at NOV Inc. As a CAD Design Engineer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, professional models and drawings within the specified timeframe, ensuring ease of fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components and products using CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure mechanical requirements are met.
  • Manage changes to product designs and ensure drawings are prepared, stored, issued, and archived in accordance with company procedures.
  • Communicate with suppliers and clients as required.
  • Provide and maintain a Bill of Materials (BOM) from CAD drawings & models.
  • Log hours for each project and ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths & Science.
  • Intermediate CAD software experience (SolidWorks, Autocad, etc).
