About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Transport Planner to join a close-knit team and handle calls from drivers, assist with technical issues, and work collaboratively to provide a professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from drivers and accurately log all contact onto the system
  • Progress cases until resolution, ensuring customers are kept up to date
  • Log all bugs, requirements, and issues
  • Escalate customer cases to the Manager when necessary
  • Liaise with technical staff to resolve issues
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers to provide a professional service
  • Fault find to resolution
  • Offer advice to customers on new features to create sales opportunities
  • Update IT systems as necessary to maintain a contact database
