Nuclear Engineer Wanted

Are you a skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong background in nuclear engineering and excellent leadership skills?

Carrington West is seeking a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design and development of nuclear projects, working closely with our project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical management of engineering scope to ensure it meets project quality requirements and deadlines
• Assessment of change and potential change ideas
• Support to Project Manager on decisions
• Supervision of engineers and technical specialists to align with project scope
• Leadership of the team across multiple projects

Requirements:
• Engineering degree in a relevant field with significant demonstrable experience
• Chartership (Desired)
• Knowledge of CAD
• SC clearance obtainable
• Experience in managing teams
• Experience covering a wide range of tasks across various complexities
