Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our wellbeing community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and experiences to our hotel guests and Club members.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy and a passion for delivering high-quality treatments. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out a range of treatments to an extremely high standard
  • Assisting the Beauty Management Team
  • Achieving consistently high retail sales
  • Building a regular client base
  • Maintaining treatment rooms to a consistent high standard
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team
