Staff Nurse Required for a Nursing Home in Crewe

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a well-established Nursing Home in Crewe. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager and other members of staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible care for residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC pin number and registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
  • Experience working in a care home setting, preferably with elderly or dementia care.
  • Up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge, with a commitment to ongoing training and development.
