Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at our beautiful 48-bedded residential and nursing service in Wigan, Greater Manchester. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents with physical needs.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position, working 44 hours per week, with nights available. We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,100 per annum, plus benefits such as NMC pin renewal and paid-for DBS. Our comprehensive training schemes invest in your development as a nurse, with a structured and ongoing training program, training portal, and preceptorship program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care to our elderly residents with physical needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
  • Participate in our comprehensive training schemes to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
  • Previous experience in nursing homes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
