We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer Multi-skilled to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to take on a leadership role within our maintenance team. As a Lead Maintenance Engineer Multi-skilled, you will be responsible for leading a small team of maintenance engineers and ensuring that they have the support and resources needed to complete tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a small team of maintenance engineers to ensure they have the support and resources needed to complete tasks efficiently
  • Attending to breakdowns and prioritizing workloads to ensure minimal downtime
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Completing and monitoring CMMS to ensure accurate records and efficient maintenance
  • Raising any issues to the Engineering Manager and providing solutions to improve maintenance processes
Requirements:
  • HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineer role
  • Experience in a maintenance team lead role is highly desirable
  • Ability to work shift patterns, including nights and weekends
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of basic Microsoft programs
  • Good work ethic and ability to work independently
