Pastoral Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Mentor to join our team at an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in the heart of Westminster. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Downs Syndrome
  • Motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Coach pupils throughout exams and university applications
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support network
