Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concession Merchandiser to join our team in Llanelli. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and sales performance of our concession shops within assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various stores within your assigned route to recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop.
  • Validate carton deliveries from the Distribution Center and implement the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
  • Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
  • Ensure promotions and "sale" are in line with operational requirements.
  • Organize extra stock in assigned areas and process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
  • Check style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly and proactively look for ways to improve sales performance.
  • Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and providing regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.
