Key Responsibilities:

Store Visits: Travel to various stores within your assigned route to conduct frequent visits and ensure the concession shop is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Product Management: Validate all carton deliveries from the distribution center, implement and execute the planogram in-line with in-store presentation guidelines, and replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.

Sales Performance: Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements, organize extra stock in assigned areas, and process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.

Training and Development: Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and providing regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance and areas for improvement.
