About This Role
We're looking for an experienced UK Commercial Property Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading facade restoration and cleaning projects across UK commercial and residential property in London and the wider UK.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Planning and executing large-scale facade restoration and cleaning projects
* Coordinating project logistics and scheduling
* Ensuring effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
* Maintaining accurate records and reports

About You:
+ Must have experience with facade restoration and cleaning
+ Excellent leadership and organizational skills
+ Able to work under deadline pressure
+ Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong problem-solving skills where solutions are proposed upwards where uncertainty exists
+ Self-starting and able to work using own initiative
+ Flexible approach to working hours
+ Able to work with a myriad of personality types
+ Able to effectively manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes
+ Comfortable with change
+ Confident to challenge the status quo
+ Experience of relevant professional processes such as valuing works for internal accounting purposes
+ Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, specifically including Excel and Word
+ Adept at office-related tasks including managing files and records, designing forms etc

What We Offer:
+ Competitive Market Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
+ Discretionary bonus scheme subject to individual and company performance

+ 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (or time in lieu)
