CFGI is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives in Scotland. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with 'C-level' management of FTSE 100, mid-cap, and start-up companies, driving project teams and interacting with clients and their Big 4 auditors on all aspects of engagements.

The ideal candidate will have eight plus years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting and /or finance, with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. They will be proactive in identifying client needs and effective in building strong relationships with clients.

A strong technical foundation in IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP is essential, as well as the ability to lead process improvement projects and implementation of changes. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable, with a commitment to quality client service.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include hybrid work arrangements, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic team environment.
