### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service and Customer Support Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment services.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support for equipment services, repairs, and training sessions
* Install new equipment and support with repair cases at client sites
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

### Requirements

* Full UK driving license
* Ability to travel to client sites and the office in East Hoathly, East Sussex
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
