Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

At Briggs Equipment UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with engineering standards and Briggs/manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out inspection/checks on own work as it proceeds and ensuring that the equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing back to the customer.
  • Identifying any further work required on a machine and ensuring the customer is made aware of the fact, especially where a cost to the customer is to be incurred.
  • Completing all related job and service documentation correctly, with necessary signatures/documents obtained from the customer.
Requirements:
  • Relevant technical qualification
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principles
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure
  • The ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Understanding customer needs
What We Offer:
  • A base salary up to £36,209 pa based on a 40 hour working week
  • Additional pay increase signed off for July 2024
  • Overtime is payable at x1.5 Monday - Saturday and x2 on Sunday
