Job Summary

Culina Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operational activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out operational tasks as instructed, including goods-in, put away, replenishment, picking, marshalling, loading, de-kitting, recycling, and damage handling.
  • Meet and maintain the standards required to meet the company's performance and productivity targets.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain the condition of equipment.
  • Ensure site practices, policies, and procedures are followed and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Use work equipment as instructed and report any defects or issues.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including inbound and despatched loads.
  • Report any mechanical handling equipment (MHE) or equipment defects and take appropriate action to ensure safety.
  • Assist the Stock Control team as required and support colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with the use of MHE and comfortable working in a chilled environment.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good standard of written and verbal English.
