Pharmacy Support Associate Role

Join Montu, a leading cannabis company, in our mission to improve the lives of millions through cannabis therapies. We are seeking a dynamic and patient-centric Pharmacy Support Associate to join our Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient support through telephone and email inquiries
  • Process prescriptions efficiently and accurately
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues, including Shopify and payment-related problems
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team and clinic to ensure timely medication dispensing
  • Support the Pharmacy team in various areas, including prescription management, problem-solving, and quality control
  • Be the first point of contact for patient complaints and incidents, collecting feedback and liaising with the Head of Governance
  • Report incidents and significant events, and liaise with the Head of Governance
  • Liaise with product and tech support teams on technical issues
  • Work closely with the line manager and wider team on service improvement
  • Attend work-related meetings as required
  • Maintain mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
