Pharmacy Service Associate

Montu is a leading cannabis company with operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific. We are seeking a dynamic and patient-centric individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Service Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing prescriptions, and supporting the Pharmacy team in various administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company that is committed to improving the lives of millions of people through cannabis therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care and support through telephone and email communication
  • Process prescriptions and manage administrative tasks associated with prescription processing
  • Problem-solve basic IT issues related to Shopify and payment systems
  • Communicate with the Pharmacy team and clinic to ensure timely medication dispensing
  • Support the Pharmacy team in managing prescriptions, problem-solving minor queries, and addressing quality issues with medication
  • Support patients in navigating their care within the pharmacy and clinic
  • Support administrative tasks associated with ordering processes and operational recruitment
  • Be the first point of contact for complaints and incidents, collate feedback, and liaise with the Head of Governance
  • Report incidents and significant events and liaise with the Head of Governance
  • Liaise with product and tech support teams on technical issues
  • Work closely with the line manager and wider team on service improvement
  • Attend work-related meetings as required
  • Maintain mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Working in a healthcare environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure
