About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our team as a Service Manager for Oncology Nursing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our oncology nursing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of oncology nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with clinical operations managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
