Shift times: You will work on a rota basis with flexible shift options, currently between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.

We're seeking a highly skilled Service Centre Operator to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To make patient bookings and appointments within our hospital facilities.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our services and facilities.
  • To provide rapid response to customer calls, working towards set service level agreements and individual key performance indicators.
  • Disseminating information about our hospital services and departments, utilizing our unique selling points.
  • To administer all customer inquiries within agreed service levels, ensuring all systems are accurately updated in the process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a customer service environment.
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with customers, patients, and consultants, building strong relationships quickly and having the listening and communication skills to inspire confidence.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and diplomacy to reassure customers, overcome challenges, and deliver the highest standards of customer service.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or clinical experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Computer literate.
