Job DescriptionNurse Unit Manager
Exemplar Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager to lead our team at Meadowcroft care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) with a strong leadership background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of £21.81
• Full-time contract with 42 hours per week
