Nurse Unit Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager at Meadowcroft care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the care and nursing teams to ensure the medical, physical, and emotional needs of residents are met.
- Provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks on the unit.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you.
We are looking for a natural role model with excellent clinical and communication skills. You will have a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care and be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to encouraging and motivating people. You will also have the ability to work confidently on your own initiative and have a good standard of digital skills.
