Job Description:
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and advice on the estate, ensuring that the built environment is safe, efficient, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement estate strategies to meet the needs of patients, visitors, and staff
- Manage and maintain the estate, including facilities, infrastructure, and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory obligations
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
Requirements:
- Relevant degree and post-graduate qualification
- Significant senior management experience in estates and facilities management
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong commercial and contracts management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
