Job Overview

A dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant is sought to provide targeted support to two children with Autism in a well-regarded primary school in Hampstead, Camden North London.

This full-time role offers stability and a chance to make a lasting impact until July 2025. As an experienced graduate, you will be working closely with teachers and the SEN team to plan and implement effective support strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing consistent care and support to students with Autism, ensuring their stability and progress in academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborating with staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
  • Maintaining open communication with parents and guardians to ensure seamless support for students outside of school hours.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt support strategies as needed.
