Our client is a well-established public sector organisation undertaking a major pay/reward programme in Birmingham. They are seeking a skilled Data Driven HR Project Manager to lead on the rollout of programme deliverables. As part of this programme, the successful candidate will work closely with the programme's data workstream to ensure that data requirements are understood and reflected in outputs.

Salary
The salary for this role is up to £450 per day (dependent on experience), making it an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to advance their career in human resources and payroll. Job Description
The successful Data Driven HR Project Manager will have experience delivering data-driven HR/pay/reward focused projects within the public sector. They will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving change and improving organisational performance. As part of this project, the successful candidate will lead delivery of key aspects of the pay & reward programme, ensuring that comms are aligned with the delivery roadmap.
