Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team at Marshalls plc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous running of our production process by eliminating downtime through safe and logical fault finding and maintenance of equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through safe and logical fault finding and maintenance of equipment
* Work on various types of equipment including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems
* Carry out a range of planned and reactive engineering activities on site

**Requirements**

* Electrical qualifications (C&G 2320 P1 & P2, ONC, NVQ 3 or equivalent is desirable)
* Good understanding of current environmental and health and safety issues and knowledge of regulatory requirements
* Experience in electrical fault finding, defect rectification, and routine maintenance activities
* Ability to interrogate/understand maintenance problems to provide accurate plant condition information/recommendations
* Excellent communication skills, dealing with operatives and Team leaders from both maintenance and production
