About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling large volumes of pension payments and payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and investigate discrepancies in pension payments and payrolls
  • Analyze financial and technical data to resolve queries and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments and reporting
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of pension products and regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of pension products and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in payroll reconciliation and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
