Compensation Package
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a 2.75% retention incentive bonus, paid in November each year.
Job Responsibilities
As a Paramedic/EMT with Darcosc, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in emergency situations. This includes responding to calls, assessing patient conditions, and administering medical treatments as necessary.
Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid paramedic certification and a clean driving record with a minimum of 10 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
