Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Floortender to join our team at Dirty Martini. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, serving drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and organized seating area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Serve drinks and food to customers, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
  • Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.
