Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Floortender to join our team at Dirty Martini. As a Floortender, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, so we're looking for someone who is warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a great first impression
  • Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed
  • Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions
  • Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements
