The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining domestic and technical installations, equipment, and site vehicles.
  • Ordering materials to maintain cost-effective stock levels.
  • General labouring and porterage, including receipt, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintaining technical and administration records and providing information as required.

This is a full-time role, with a mix of working from home and working onsite at Skelton. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Essential Experience
We're looking for someone with:

  • A comprehensive knowledge of current safe working practices and safety procedures.
  • 1-2 years' experience of general building maintenance and cleaning techniques.
  • Possession of a current full UK driving licence.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, Word, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications
We require a minimum of GSCE Grade C in Maths and English or NVQ level 2.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
