About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Director to join our team at a luxury hotel in Scotland. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and private events.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing and training a team of staff to the highest level, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and assuming responsibility for the financial performance of the F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and private events
  • Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Assume responsibility for the financial performance of the F&B operations, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Report to the Assistant General Manager and contribute to the overall success of the hotel
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar luxury hotel or venue, with a strong background in hospitality management
  • Strong understanding of operations, forecasting, and budgets, with a track record of delivering financial results
  • High level of customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience working with VIP guests and managing high-volume events
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a ability to drive revenue growth and manage costs
