Job Title: Compliance Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

Are you a passionate safety leader looking to drive a positive safety culture within a large manufacturing site? We are seeking a Compliance Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Mondelez's Chirk Plant in North Wales.

About the Role:

As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) agenda for the Chirk Plant. This includes:

  • Defining and reviewing standards and legislation applicable to the site
  • Validating design for HS&E into projects and modifications
  • Ensuring compliance to Mondelez safety standards and procedures
  • Managing relationships with the legal department and local authorities
  • Developing and implementing safety, environment, and sustainability improvement plans

You will work closely with the site Safety Specialist and other stakeholders to drive a safety culture through engagement and the use of Integrated Lean 6 sigma tools. If you have experience in health and safety, a strong people management background, and a willingness to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.
