About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Engineering Supervisor to join our team, working on a range of exciting projects across various industries.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems and structures.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • A recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, aviation).
  • Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in a defence or commercial environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and structures, with a focus on preventative maintenance and repair techniques.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
  • An annual bonus scheme, offering up to 30% of your basic salary.
