About the Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead the development and implementation of reliability growth initiatives across all Southeastern rolling stock. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's day.

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing reliability growth initiatives using techniques such as RCM, FMECA, RAMS, or MSG3.
  • Lead technical investigations and provide technical reports with root cause analysis and structured recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Class 707 City Beam Fleet and Class 465 and 466 Networkers teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in a T&RS engineering environment and a degree or HNC/HND in an Engineering Discipline. You will also have technical knowledge of Rolling Stock systems and operation, software, and Diagnostic Tools.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £48,000 per annum, plus free rail travel across our networks. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a final salary pension and 25 days annual leave allowance (plus bank holidays).
