The Peninsula London is seeking a dynamic Residences Concierge Assistant Supervisor to provide exceptional service to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with services related to their apartments.
  • Supporting the Concierge Assistants in delivering manual and other tasks.
  • Handling telephone, email, and in-person requests.
  • Anticipating residents' needs and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or residential environments.
  • Excellent command of English with confident communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • UK driving license and experience driving luxury cars.
