Adult Autism Care Specialist

Job Overview: Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Adult Autism Support Worker to join our team in Prudhoe. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to individuals with autism and complex needs.
Salary Range: £25,800 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and be able to work independently. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience is desirable. However, we provide comprehensive training for all new staff members.
