Job Title: Mental Health Team Lead Role

Priory Hospital Bristol is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic mental health professional to fill the role of Mental Health Team Lead Role.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate a team of therapists and contribute to the overall success of our service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Service:

  • Priory Hospital Bristol offers calming and recovery-focused inpatient treatment for service users as well as day care group and outpatient services.
  • Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalised treatment programmes for individuals with acute and complex mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting a diverse range of therapy staff, including psychologists and therapists.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
