Childcare Assistant

At North East Ambition, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. As a Lunchtime Childcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children during lunchtime.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality support to students.
- Supervise children during lunchtime
- Communicate effectively with pupils and staff
- Perform duties as required, working both indoors and outdoors
The successful applicant will be expected to adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to student welfare and behaviour. They will also be required to respond to children's individual needs, including medical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the supervision of students during lunchtime
- Communicate effectively with students and staff
- Perform tasks as assigned, working both indoors and outdoors
