About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You'll work closely with our care teams to ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal times, including serving and feeding residents
  • Help residents with their personal care, including toileting and incontinence care
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including using hoists and slings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You'll be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
