Care Home Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the physical and mental needs of our residents
- Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular assessments and risk evaluations to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You should have a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
