We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Monitor and record children's developmental progress.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Collaborate with nursery teams to support children's emotional and social development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
