- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes children's well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years Education.
- Experience working in the Early Years sector, preferably with a Montessori-inspired approach.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
