As a Senior Research Scientist at Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs, you will lead lab-based CNS translational research, developing complex 'in-vitro' CNS disease models to discover gene therapies. Our team is working with a Cambridge-based start-up that has announced a large financial raise and partnerships with big pharma. They are looking for a Senior Scientist to spearhead their CNS models, undertaking genetic drug efficacy, potency, and immunogenicity assays. You will have opportunities for real growth and development, working with a proven track record of developing its people. You will have line, project, and CRO management responsibilities, making this a unique opportunity to revolutionise drug delivery while undertaking serious personal and scientific development.

Key responsibilities include developing CNS models, undertaking genetic drug efficacy, potency, and immunogenicity assays, and working with a team to advance gene therapy research. If you have industry experience developing complex 'in-vitro' models for CNS diseases and have experience with any form of gene therapy, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative treatments.
