Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver key transformation projects and challenge existing ways of working.
  • Support the Operations Transformation Management in assessing existing processes and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor workstream progress of Transformation initiatives and communicate updates to the Transformation Management.
  • Participate in the development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation.
  • Provide senior-level consultation to internal business groups on digital transformation improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience of working across a matrix organisation and ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to execute tasks under demanding conditions and effectively manage dynamic targets.
  • Strong desire to embrace our Digital Tool Learning Strategy across Global Operations.
