Key Responsibilities
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- To drive business growth through effective management of sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably with exposure to operational management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
