Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, and HR policy development. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an HR professional in a standalone or similar capacity
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
