We are seeking an experienced and skilled Children's Continence Nurse Advisor to join our team at Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust. As a key member of our Continence Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with continence issues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people with continence issues, including bladder and bowel dysfunction.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote continence and improve the quality of life for children and young people.
- Provide education and training to parents, carers, and healthcare professionals on continence management and care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for children and young people with continence issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of continence policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience of working with children and young people with continence issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of continence management and care.
